How can we improve TrackVia? What features should come next?

Conditional field options in form

Ability for field drop down options to change depending on the answer to previous form field. For example, "Vehicle make" field is selected (Toyota) then "Model" field would only show models made by Toyotas i.e. Prius, Camery etc.

We now have the ability to apply a filter rule to a relationship field on a form. This allows to limit the options one can choose in a relationship field based on what is chosen in another relationship. Enjoy!

Why are we restricted to to applying rules solely on relational fields? there are many fields that are constrained by other non-relational fields.

It would be helpful if this conditional field would filter the Multi-Select list. This is useful when you have hundreds/thousands selections that can be reduced to show the user only those based on one or more selections in other fields.

        Hello,

This is a great enhancement that is on our radar for future implementation. Dependent drop downs allow you specify what options are listed in field B based on the value entered into field A. Conceivably this could be cascaded across several fields in the table -> A >B > D.

The common use case for this is States filtering down to the cities within that state so the end user does not have to do it manually and you can restrict a user from entering Denver as a city in California.
