Set calendar to week or day
The calendars are all set for Month. If I change it to Week and then go into view an event, when I come back to the calendar it's set back at Month again. Would like to set my calendar for Week, and it stay on my preferred view.

Pivot Views: Calculated fields to allow for dynamic aggregation
In the same way that pivot tables in excel or equivalents allow you to create a calculated field in your pivot view. This field would not be a calculated field in the table itself, but a calculated field that would dynamically perform a calculation function regardless of the rows and columns you set for your pivot view.

Export a view with grouped data as it shows in TV instead of exporting as each individual record?
When creating views that group store records by region, they show at the region level in TV, but export as individual records under highlighted rows for each region but aren't summed so I then have to go into excel and re-sum each section. Is there a way to get a View to export at just the grouped level? I really don't want to create a new table just to make this happen.

More Chart Customization
Is there a chance to add further customization to charts.
For example:
- Adding the option to display the data point on a line / bar graph in place of or in addition to hover text.
- Customize the color of the linesThe more options for charts the better.

Sending/sharing/emailing a record or scheduled report as an attachment
Hello,
I work for a healthcare organization. One of our departments uses TrackVia on a near daily basis. We have very recently upgraded from the classic version to the Enterprise+ version.
Is there any way that we can use the "Share Record" feature, but instead of TrackVia printing out the data in the body of the email (the users have told me this can't be done for HIPAA reasons), the data can be sent as an attachment? Either a Word document or .csv or Excel spreadsheet is fine; it's just for our purposes, we cannot have the data printed out…

know which users have viewed my record
I have a table, which is for FAQ/Knowledge Base. I would like to know how many times a particular question has been viewed and maybe by who,? Is that possible in TrackVia currently?

How do I filter views based on business days?
We have a view that is shared with our contractor showing jobs completed today as well as jobs due tomorrow. We do not work on Saturday so Friday's view doesn't have anything due tomorrow. I set up and shared another view to show the jobs with a due date 3 days from now to help account for this issue on Fridays. Is there a way to combine both views by showing only the next "business" day?

Make the time range on a calendar view smaller
We have a calendar view where record are always no more than 90 minutes long, and they all start after 8 AM and end before 9 PM. On the calendar, when I select "Day" or "Week", all the records are bunched together in the middle, which does not make for easy reading. Would it be possible to set a timeframe so that the Day and Week views would start at 8 AM and end at 9 PM, for example?

Summary Form
I am trying to replicate a view from the old version to the newest version of Trackvia. I am not having much success. Attached is a photo old vs new. Old version is shown on the right. Old version allows me to see when weeks are not populated shows availability. ANy ideas how to set up to show in landscape form?

Sort field results in the x axis on a chart?

Can I add listing view into a wordpress page?
Hey everyone,
We are creating a new site and I need to get a view to display on a wordpress page. Is there a way that you all know how to do this? I can pull the API and run it with JS, but I am looking for a more streamlined process in case things need to be changed or I need to use it on different sites.

Create sub-folder in views
For my main Table I have created approx. 50 different views and about 15 of these are graphs/charts. I would like to have a way to organize these into sub-folders, so I can find the view I want to access quickly. I could have a "FY 14-15" folder, "FY 15-16" folder, etc. This would also improve navigation for my users who may not know what a specific view is named, but they could narrow their search down by viewing the content of category (i.e. sub-folder).

How do I create a view that incorporates data from the child tables
I have a table with 2 child tables. I would like to create a view where I can select columns of data from all 3 tables and display in one view.

On a pie chart (or other graph), you can hover over a slice to see the quantity and percentage for the "slice", but I would also like to see the TOTAL of all slices (maybe on cursor over or in the legend?).
Currently, I create the graph view and a second view that counts the records to produce this information...it would be nice to have it all in one view.

I am grouping milestone activities with dates into months. On the chart, the months aren't in order. Is there a way to create the chart with the months in order?
