  6. How can I share a dashboard?

I have several tables and views saved within one rolled up dashboard. I would like to share this dashboard via email weekly with our team. Is there a way to share dashboards? Or does anyone have a creative idea for sharing more than one view?

  7. Create sub-folder in views

For my main Table I have created approx. 50 different views and about 15 of these are graphs/charts. I would like to have a way to organize these into sub-folders, so I can find the view I want to access quickly. I could have a "FY 14-15" folder, "FY 15-16" folder, etc. This would also improve navigation for my users who may not know what a specific view is named, but they could narrow their search down by viewing the content of category (i.e. sub-folder).

Having an icon next to the view name that visually depicts if is a graph,…

  8. bulk

Bulk Editing, any updates on fixing this bug? It's getting beyond a joke now and I've been asked to explore options for an alternative to your system because it's still not been fixed.

It's actually quicker to export a table to Excel and re-import with changes, which completely defeats the point of the whole system.

  11. use a calculated field return the latest entry from a child table

I want to use the app to record weekly student check-ins, including a weekly update of course progress. Course enrollments make up the parent table while weekly progress check-ins are the child table. I want to see elements of the most recent check-in entry, from the child table, as a field in the parent record that will update as new child records are added.

  12. How to RESTfully add a record that references a record in another table?

I am developing an interface from a C# web application to TrackVia that will maintain [Work Orders] and [Work Order Line Items] in lock-step with our web application's SupplyRequest and SupplyRequestItem tables. We will use your REST API to perform CRUD transactions. The [Work Order] view includes foreign keys to the Locations table. The [Work Order Line Items] view includes foreign keys to the [Work Orders] and [SKUs] tables. Can you point me to an example of how to insert and update records that include foreign keys? I'm guessing that we need to specify the integer record ids of the…

  16. On my pie chart (or other graph), you can hover over a slice to see the qua

On a pie chart (or other graph), you can hover over a slice to see the quantity and percentage for the "slice", but I would also like to see the TOTAL of all slices (maybe on cursor over or in the legend?).

Currently, I create the graph view and a second view that counts the records to produce this information...it would be nice to have it all in one view.

    Thanks!!

  18. Is there a way to import data to multiple tables from a single spreadsheet?

Is it possible to import from an excel spreadsheet to multiple tables in one process. For example, I have a spread sheet with 4 columns. I want column 1 and 2 to go to table A, column 1 and 3 to table B and column 1 and 4 to go to table C all with one import operation?

  20. How do I get drop downs to display in alphabetical order?

I have many drop-downs in my app and none of them display in alphabetical order, making it difficult to find the selection I am looking for. Do I need to import the tables in ABC order for the drop downs to display as such?
