HOW DO I EDIT DAILY RO'S?
We don't have much info on this program and haven't received a call back. I would just like to know if there is a way or an admin user that can give access to others to be able to edit RO's that are inputted in the service operations specialist section? I don't know if any of this info helps. Here is our dealer info--
We recommend contacting your account administrators as this is a workflow/app specific question. Your admin would be familiar with your application structure, workflow, and permissions. Additionally, they will be able to make the necessary changes to your role to allow you to change your records.
