Inventory App
The legacy Trackvia had an example of an Inventory App. I would like to build a similar one where my employees can keep track of inventory of products in their area so that on a single dashboard, in real time, the supply manager knows when levels of certain products go below par levels. Any ideas?

Can we copy formulas when we create new tables?
We utilize TrackVia for research and the copy table function was very useful in Classic because we could choose to copy formulas and they'd all come over without data. Is there a work around. Is this in the mix for an improvement?

Timestamped record changes
Can I set up Trackvia to record changes in records (timestamp) and run reports to compare current data with the same data at different periods.
e.g. Property was empty last week, now occupied. Want to run a report as at last week and as at today. The report would show data held in trackvia at an historic point in time.
Occupancy Field might show NO at Dec 2016, YES at Jan 2016

do I use an existing field as the link to child table?
for example I have a list of patients with their bed number. I have a table of bed #'s with with details about the bed (Room #, Floor #, Dept etc). When I create the relationship it adds another "link to ..." field. I just want to use the existing (unique) bed number as my link.

I have many drop-downs in my app and none of them display in alphabetical order, making it difficult to find the selection I am looking for. Do I need to import the tables in ABC order for the drop downs to display as such?

Combine the drop down menu and single line text?
I have 6 options that I need in a drop down menu. I would like to include an "other" option as well. If my users select that choice, they will need to input their own selection. Is there anyway to do this?

Calculated Link field to allow custom action on each row
It seems that in TrackVia we can not add custom actions on each row like in Zoho creator.
For example, jump to LinkedIn profile of a contact, based on its name and forname stored in TrackVia table. An easy way to achieve this could be to create a new type of calculated field: Calculated Link
By this way, we could extend the action functionalities of TrackVia on each row,

Copy/share a list of dropdowns in a table?
In my database application, one table, I have 3 columns which are calling for states, because there is a project state, there is an address of the engineer and there is an address for the owner. Currently, I have to go in and manually enter the dropdown for each columns as 50 states in US plus all Canadian province. If there was a feature to copy or share the list choices in the table, or among different tables, it would be greatly useful. Also for standard fields like US states, if it was a pre created dropdown, I could use,…
