  1. Export dates in 'yyyy-mm-dd' format

    Dates are currently exported in 'MMM dd, yyyy' format (e.g. 'May 21, 2017'), which adds an extra few unneeded steps to re-format date fields when re-importing, as date fields must be imported in 'yyyy-mm-dd' format (e.g. '2017-05-21).

  2. See all recors in a map

    In a map view, I have a limited amount of records to show (up to 100). I would like to see ALL GPS location records in 1 map view (without having to change pages and without having a maximum of records to be displayed).

  4. Bulk edit: "Select All" from search results

    When you search a table it prevents you from selecting all. It would be great if you could search a table, select all (based on the search results) and then bulk edit. Even better would be able to export that list.

  5. Basic formatting in Paragraph text fields

    The ability to apply basic formatting to paragraph fields would be a huge bonus. Bold/Italic/underline/font size/color would allow these fields to be much more functional for us.

  6. Create a generic filter you can apply to any field

    For instance. Filter: _____________ in the last 30 days. Instead of have the filter tied to a field, make it so you can apply the filter to any field with a date.

  7. Gantt Chart Phases

    I would like to see the ability to break down Gantt Chart records into multiple phases.
    There is currently only one "Start" & "End" date allowable, is it possible to allow multiple with varying color-schemes?
    This would be helpful in seeing the phases of a project (e.g. Planning, Pre, Project, Post) without having to create multiple records for each project...

  8. No auto-redirect to another form when saving a form

    I have a view with several forms.
    If I create a new record with one of these form, when I click "Save" I got redirected to the record displayed in the default form for the current view. Which is not relevant in my case.

    When clicking "Save", the user does not expect to observe any modification.

    Can you ensure that the user stay on the same form when clicking "save" ?

  9. Formatting on Email Sharing

    When sharing a record via email, we would like for the form's show/hide rules to still be intact. Right now every field on the form will show on the email.

  10. Public Holiday

    I think it should be possible to have a 3rd Variable in the Weekday function that lists a bunch of Public Holidays and removes them from the calculation.

  11. Date Swimlanes for scheduling?

    We find swimlanes very useful for organizing our production process. We'd like to see this feature expand into dates. It would be great to filter the view to a week or two, and then have 7-14 days of swimlanes to drag batches onto for scheduling.

    Additionally, having the ability to add more info to the "record" identifier box would be huge.

  12. Dual Dashboard Names

    I would like the ability of setting dual names to a dashboard:
    - One for an Admin view where I can add other information, such as: "RW" or "RO" to know this dashboard is for a certain group of users.
    - The end-user display name.

    Currently, I only see the end-user display name, and if I name multiple dashboards the same name (for a consistent look and feel), its difficult to know which is which.

    Having an overlapping access level such as "Manager" in between the "Limited" and the "Administrator" user would be helpful.

  14. Role Specific Required Fields on a Form

    I think it would be a good enhancement to have Role Specific Required fields on a form. This would assist in work flow across multiple functions and to ensure each role completes their section correctly.

    There may be a work around lie creating a new form for each role in the process and editing them accordingly but this idea would make it dramtically easier.

  15. Improved Filter Capabilities

    I'd like to see improved Filters, either as a "library" or at the View/Chart level.

    I was understanding the concept of a Filter Library so we can pick and choose from previously created filters, and re-use them across the application for our reporting needs.

    However, we can only select 1 filter when creating a view.
    This means we have to create filters (in their entirety) specific to the View, and not have the ability to re-use filters as needed.

  16. Centralize Notification Preferences in My Profile

    It would improve the customer experience to centralize all email notification settings into a setting under "My Profile". It would be fine to duplicate individual preferences for each page or category, but employees are always looking for ways to efficiently interact with the plethora of web pages and logins that the modern world requires of each of us.

  17. Auto Showing of Child Views in a Form + Radio Button

    I would like it if Child Views to appear when a new form is opened, not after selecting Save.

    In my example we have creating safety forms in which a user needs to add photos, hazards and Sign on, but rather than creating all the fields we have created other tables and linked them in. However when the user starts a new form they don't see any of this until they save the form. It creates them confusion.
    Secondly they should be able to just click ADD JSEA Radio Button. UI wise Trackvia really needs radio buttons.

  18. Apply show/hide rules to a field on a form, based on THAT field's value.

    if you are using a form to only view data, or if a form includes data that is read-only anyways, it would be nice to have the option to show/hide that field based on whether or not it has a value in it. This ensures that data will only be displayed when data is actually present.

  19. Allow Variables In Filters

    Currently, in filters, you are able to add filters and set criteria such as "A file is not present," "Is Identical To," "Less Than," etc. Many times we need to generate the same view or report based on particular values provided on a call by a customer or prospect. Therefore, I propose that TrackVia enables filters be created in which field values are set as a variables. So, instead of using a pre-populated value, the end user would be prompted to provide those values at the time that the filter, or the overlying view or report, is run. This would…

  20. Link tables from the table editor

    Add the table linking tool to the table editor.

    When I am creating a table (in the table editor, naturally) I am thinking of the necessary fields as well as the links to other tables. Instead of navigating to the App Editor, I would like to add the link from the window I am in (ie the table editor).
