I really need an option to make a field required in the form IF a certain checkbox or dropdown is selected / checked when creating/editing the form.
E.G. if a form gets a checkbox in "Cancellation" then the text field "cancellation reason" would become a required field as long as that checkbox has a check at "cancellation".
Upload multiple documents to one document field. I hate having to add multiple fields for images, etc.9 votes
I think it would be a good enhancement to have Role Specific Required fields on a form. This would assist in work flow across multiple functions and to ensure each role completes their section correctly.
There may be a work around lie creating a new form for each role in the process and editing them accordingly but this idea would make it dramtically easier.4 votes
I would like to see a "tighter" layout of Forms. Currently, I feel the fields are too large with the font size, in-field padding, and the field-to-field padding.
If we had the ability to reduce the size of the fields and padding, the presentation wouldn't look so large with alot of wasted screen real estate, plus we could potentially squeeze in 5 or 6 columns wide.
Rename dropdown options!

The ability to apply basic formatting to paragraph fields would be a huge bonus. Bold/Italic/underline/font size/color would allow these fields to be much more functional for us.5 votes

No matter how you think about it, RADIO BUTTONS are 100 times faster to click on than choosing something in a dropdown menu!

I deleted some dropdown menu options because I wanted to temporarely hide them. But now I cannot find them back in the dropdown-menu editor. Do I have to go check the DB, because I cannot find a list of all dropdown options I've ever used...1 vote

Currently you are only able to have two levels of Conditional Groups in Filters. This needs to be increased to AT LEAST three levels. There are many cases that are not possible with just two levels. When creating a workflow that moves records from step to step, some fields in the workflow might need to be conditional. For instance, let's say the end-user is usually required to upload a Purchase Order unless that customer is under contract. So, in the form you'd have a "Under Contract" check box and field to upload the purchase order. The idea is that if either field has data, then the data-entry requirement is satisfied.
In the filter, one would need to LEVEL 1: Check that all (AND) items for the previous step are complete; LEVEL 2: Check if any (OR) items for the current step are uncompleted, UNLESS LEVEL 3: Either the "Under Contract" check box (OR) the Purchase Order Upload has data. I can imagine many cases in which one field is conditionally required and a third level of Conditional Groups is the only way to capture that in a filter.

I would like to see drop-downs that list table Field Names be in alphabetical order.
It appears the Field Names are currently in the order of how the fields appear in the table builder.
It would make things alot easier if drop-down lists were sorted alphabetically regardless of the order in the table.
Some areas this would apply:
- Selecting Record ID's
- Formula Builder Pop-Up Window
- View Builder

I would like to see the ability for the Quick Search Box to also search the Link To Parent values.
During my testing, I've found that the LTP Record ID values are not found when searching. This means I need to include a "duplicate" field in my View to display the same value already displayed in the left column link fields.
Having this search capability means we do not have to have oversized Views with duplicate columns.0 votes
Highlight all field types to show focus.
Currently some fields highlight well (ex. Single Line) while others do not (ex. drop-down).
For ease of use, many users will tab through their entry fields, this process is difficult if you do not know which field you are focused on.4 votes
It would be extremely helpful for the formatting applied to views to transfer to mobile devices. You can have a view with only two columns and you phone in landscape, but the tow columns are minimized and don,t show all information even though the view when in browser shows the columns to be wide and showing all information. There is no way to change this on mobile or to drag an open a column up to show more of the cut off information.1 vote

for changes to paragraph fields the history only shows the top 2 lines of text. The browser has to zoom way out to read all of the text and then the text becomes almost unreadable.

When sharing records it would helpful if there was tracking to see if/when a record is shared and who it was shared with. It is especially helpful to communicate information in TrackVia with a non-user who is a customer or vendor, but there is no record that the activity took place.9 votes
