  1. Dashboard Editor: Ease of Use

    When moving the titles around in the Dashboard Editor screen, is extremely frustrating. It doesn't always go where you need it to, or switches out or bounces around. It would be nice if this feature was more more easy to use.

  2. Admin Dashboard Tab View

    As the administrator, all created dashboards show up in the top menu bar. I am certainly able to permit views and order the dashboards for users in this top menu, but my view defaults to when they were created. I would like to be able to organize the order of my admin dashboard menu as well, so the ones "I" use most show up first in the line up.

  3. Formatting of Views Transfer to Mobile Devices

    It would be extremely helpful for the formatting applied to views to transfer to mobile devices. You can have a view with only two columns and you phone in landscape, but the tow columns are minimized and don,t show all information even though the view when in browser shows the columns to be wide and showing all information. There is no way to change this on mobile or to drag an open a column up to show more of the cut off information.

  5. Grouping views by more than one field

    If you group a view by more than one field, I feel each additional group should be a subgroup of the 1st that requires a drill in to get to.

    Instead of everything on one level like it is now:

    Group 1 Item 1; Group 2 Item 1
    Group 1 Item 1; Group 2 Item 2
    Group 1 Item 2; Group 2 Item 1
    Group 1 Item 2; Group 2 Item 2

    It should work like this:

    +Group 1 Item 1;
    - Group 2 Item 1
    - Group 2 Item 2
    + Group 1 Item 2;
    - Group 2 Item…

  7. Change formatting on History Window

    for changes to paragraph fields the history only shows the top 2 lines of text. The browser has to zoom way out to read all of the text and then the text becomes almost unreadable.

    Change formatting to allow admins to see all of the lines in paragraph fields

  8. Alllow more than one Create a Record form and allow a specific form to be defined to edit record once created.

    Right now, you can only have one Create a Record form defined per role, and once record is completed for that, system defaults to the form associated with the default view on the table where record is added. This limits us to only one process flow per user role. If we could specify multiple Create a Record forms, and then specify specific form to open once record is created, we could create multiple process flows within a single role.

  9. Timeline improvements

    Firstly, I should say that the new timeline feature is really, really well done. Seriously it's really great.

    There are a couple tiny improvements, though, that would make it much more usable for us. The first is either the ability to set the row height (or at least the 'No Parent' first row) or to be able to drag out of the 'show more' pop-up. When you have more than 3 records in a row, the drag-and-drop feature (which is the best part) becomes much less useful. We often have 10+ records with no parent and would be great to…

  10. In a bar/line graph, it would be great to be able to "click off" or hide all of the items at once

    I have a line graph with dozens of customers (3 pages) worth on the little table. If I want to compare one customer to another I either need to quick filter, or click off 32 other vendors. It would be great if I could just click them all off, and then just click a few of them back on to quickly see how customers stack up..

  11. "Location" field- on desktop, drop a pin like on mobile vs. having to use an address and/or XY coordinate

    On mobile, it is nice how you can either "Use current location" OR click the map, and drop a pin to get your XY coordinate. on desktop, i must use an address which may yield an inaccurate/ imprecise location, or i must go to google maps to grab an XY coordinate. it would be nice if i could map a location on desktop by dropping a pin, as i can do on mobile.

    When sharing records it would helpful if there was tracking to see if/when a record is shared and who it was shared with. It is especially helpful to communicate information in TrackVia with a non-user who is a customer or vendor, but there is no record that the activity took place.

  13. Expand the join limit on tables

    How much trouble would it be to expand the join limits on tables? 61 seems like a big number until you've built out a robust application with a centralized notes area. With so many things coming together in one place those 61 are quickly used up. especially when image, document, and drop downs are included.

  14. Ability to Sort Charts (Bar) by Both X-Axis and Legend

    I'd like to see the ability to sort a Bar Chart ascending by the X-Axis (currently possible) without the Legend being resorted to match the order in which the items appear in the chart.

    The Legend should remain numerical/alphabetical regardless of the sort order of the X-Axis.

    The same is true in reverse. If I sort the Legend, the X-Axis should not resort itself but remain ascending/descending.

  15. Gantt Chart Phases

    I would like to see the ability to break down Gantt Chart records into multiple phases.
    There is currently only one "Start" & "End" date allowable, is it possible to allow multiple with varying color-schemes?
    This would be helpful in seeing the phases of a project (e.g. Planning, Pre, Project, Post) without having to create multiple records for each project...

  16. Let limited users switch between forms on any view

    It would be very helpful if a limited user could switch between all their assigned forms in a given table. For example,suppose they have View 1, View 2 and View 3 and are assigned Form 1, Form 2 and Form 3 respectively, for some table. Then if they are in View 1 and click into a record, Form 1 opens, but they should be able to switch to Form 2 or Form 3.

  17. Apply show/hide rules to a field on a form, based on THAT field's value.

    if you are using a form to only view data, or if a form includes data that is read-only anyways, it would be nice to have the option to show/hide that field based on whether or not it has a value in it. This ensures that data will only be displayed when data is actually present.

  18. Shared Views - Improving the Look of the Email

    When sharing a view, the columns expand so much that not all fields show and the data wraps (regardless of how the view looks in TrackVia. The only way to accurately display the info is if the person is a user in the system.

  19. Allow no-change steps inside of Flows

    In order to make a flow more versatile, it would be good if a 'edit' step within a flow could be navigated without editing. So, for example, if I have a flow that involves reviewing the data in a record; with the option to stop and change things at each step, the user might hit a step in the flow where they don't need to change anything, but still need to get to the next step in the flow. The 'Save' button should be accessible in these cases even without an edit.

  20. Flows or App Scripts to control quick filters

    I don think this will be a priority, but allowing a flow to trigger an app script to open a view with certain quick filters applied would be a really cool and helpful feature. i have an idea for a reporting system, but it requires building numerous views with filters. If certain choices could be funneled into a quick filter it would be like a custom view creator and keep people from getting lost in creating their own quick filters.
