  1. Add images to forms

    On a production site, we are using Trackvia forms as work instructions that can record the operations have been correctly done.
    Some time a text like "Check the tightness of the screws" is not enougth to guide the operator.
    That why we would appreciate to have the ability to add pictures in the forms (as template)

  2. Adding additional Discharge Dispositions

    Could you please add "Swing Bed" and "Discharged with Planned Readmission" as Discharge Disposition options. These are options for coding and we are unable to select.

  3. Editing directly from view on an Ipad

    Editing information on an iPad directly from the view you're working on like you can on a desktop. Currently if you try to make an edit from the view on an iPad it makes you open the form to edit. This seems like an easy fix, and would save a lot of time considering most of our editing comes from our field guys using iPad's. Please let me know if this could be achieved.

  4. Formatting on Email Sharing

    When sharing a record via email, we would like for the form's show/hide rules to still be intact. Right now every field on the form will show on the email.

  5. Centralize Notification Preferences in My Profile

    It would improve the customer experience to centralize all email notification settings into a setting under "My Profile". It would be fine to duplicate individual preferences for each page or category, but employees are always looking for ways to efficiently interact with the plethora of web pages and logins that the modern world requires of each of us.

  6. Dashboard Editor: Ease of Use

    When moving the titles around in the Dashboard Editor screen, is extremely frustrating. It doesn't always go where you need it to, or switches out or bounces around. It would be nice if this feature was more more easy to use.

  7. Admin Dashboard Tab View

    As the administrator, all created dashboards show up in the top menu bar. I am certainly able to permit views and order the dashboards for users in this top menu, but my view defaults to when they were created. I would like to be able to organize the order of my admin dashboard menu as well, so the ones "I" use most show up first in the line up.

  9. Show History for Tables over their Join Limit

    Currently when a table exceeds the join limit of 61 the history feature stops working. This makes all tracking pointless as you are unable to see who made changes in case there is an issue that comes up. We are over our join limit in several instances as we have forms that require relationships and drop downs. We need some kind of resolution for this. I can see where a few calculated fields could be removed using app scrips to populate text fields, but our TrackVia partner build the app originally there were no app scripts used. Since then they…

  10. Formatting of Views Transfer to Mobile Devices

    It would be extremely helpful for the formatting applied to views to transfer to mobile devices. You can have a view with only two columns and you phone in landscape, but the tow columns are minimized and don,t show all information even though the view when in browser shows the columns to be wide and showing all information. There is no way to change this on mobile or to drag an open a column up to show more of the cut off information.

  13. "Whiteboard" option on homepage of the user dashboard

    I'd like to see an option to have a simple "Whiteboard" on the home screen of the Dashboard. We could put objectives, open issues, reminders etc...

  15. Grouping views by more than one field

    If you group a view by more than one field, I feel each additional group should be a subgroup of the 1st that requires a drill in to get to.

    Instead of everything on one level like it is now:

    Group 1 Item 1; Group 2 Item 1
    Group 1 Item 1; Group 2 Item 2
    Group 1 Item 2; Group 2 Item 1
    Group 1 Item 2; Group 2 Item 2

    It should work like this:

    +Group 1 Item 1;
    - Group 2 Item 1
    - Group 2 Item 2
    + Group 1 Item 2;
    - Group 2 Item…

  17. Change formatting on History Window

    for changes to paragraph fields the history only shows the top 2 lines of text. The browser has to zoom way out to read all of the text and then the text becomes almost unreadable.

  18. Set inactivity log out duration for different user groups

    Utilize the user group feature to be able to adjust the log out intervals based on the users role. For example, our crews out in the field travel from job to job and get logged out every time. It would be helpful for users that have long intervals between application use to be able to stay logged in.

  19. Have Working Days as a unit for formulas

    At the moment the 'units' in the date formulas include days, weeks, months, years etc...but not working days. This would be hugely beneficial to business' !

  20. A video for new users

    There does not appear to be any one source for explaining TV for new users. I see the "Getting Started" written instructions, however, seeing visual examples with audio would be more effective. There are so many terms, relationships, and concepts to comprehend We have only one person in our organization who is very familiar with Track Via and would like more resources for other new users to get jump-started.
