Thanks for telling us what you’d like to see in the product!

  1. Please add default values with dropdown menu's ASAP.

    When I have actions that state wether I need to recall my clients or email them next, I need this dropdown menu to have a default value of "recall"!

    If you have to make 200 calls a day this will save anyone a lot of time on the long run....

    This shouldn't be too hard to implement right?

  2. formula to calculate distances between locations

    A formula to calculate distances beween locations (city, state, zip code, country, latitude, longitude, etc). Also, the ability to plot locations and drive time between locations on maps would be great.

  3. Expanded Logical Operators

    I would like to see expanded Logical Operators that we can use in calculated fields, particularly those of a "negative" value:
    - not
    - isnot
    - isnotblank
    - isnotchecked
    - isnotselected

    etc.

  4. make a copy of role permissions

    If you have many man tables like we do and many different roles, creating a new role is a painful process. The ability to start with a copy of an existing role to modify would greatly save time

    A formula like ischecked would be nice. Also, the ability to use checkboxes values in text formulas like concatenate.

    there is an option to set the default place value in the form but is there any option that will store that default value int he table if its not inputted in the form?
    or just any option tos tore a default value if a field is not inputted.

  11. Add an Export to Excel Icon to the Menu for all Roles (not just Admin)

    Users should be able to export a form/view/table to excel without having to be an Administrator. Can you add an export to excel icon to the top menu where edit, add new record icons etc..are located?

    I noticed that Super-Admin rights are turned-on by default when creating new user accounts.

    Curious on the reasoning for this. Sounds "safer" to have that off by default.

  13. Wide Short View on Dashboard

    In Dashboards it would be nice if you could also have a wide short view... The tall, full and small are all great options, but some of my dashboards, For example Monthly Sales have views with only the 12 records but a lot of fields that I'd like to see. Being able to shorten up this view, while keeping it full width would save some screen real estate.

  14. Enable Default Values That End-Users Can Change

    Currently, on the Table field level there is no way to establish a default value. The only option is to create a calculated field on the Form level.

    The big problem is that calculated fields are really designed just to display information to the user, not to be a shortcut for data entry.

    I'd like to see the ability to define a Default Value at the Table level that displays as entered data in the form but which the end-user can freely change/edit as in any other field that already has data in it.

    This makes sense in any use…

  15. Enable Distribution Of Professional Looking Reports

    Currently the design of reports are limited and the only way to view them is be a logged-in user of the application. Unfortunately, reports are most commonly created for people in different departments, bosses and/or partners/customers outside of the organization. Currently, there is no way to distribute a report to all of these stakeholders. I propose that reports functionality be enhanced to enable them to be exported as PDFs, shared as an html page via unauthenticated link, and/or other methods of sharing reports with people that do not have direct access to the application.

    Links to Files/Documents should have fields for title, description, type. Currently, seems only the filename is available, and this is often not enough for user to decide if this is the document they want to view.
    * Title - text field to create/edit custom title
    * Description - longer field for desc. when helpful.
    * Type: user-defined dropdown for doc type (contract, property photo, etc.).

    I like the ability to change which form I see when manipulating data in a particular view. However, is it possible to designate a specific form for a specific view rather than having the default form always come up first and then having to change?

    We implemented a setting behind the scenes that “remembers” each user’s preferred show-per-page setting. This setting will be remembered throughout their TrackVia sessions and will only be reset (1) when the show-per-page setting is modified by the user or (2) when the user clears their browser cache.

    We’ll mark this suggestion as “completed” for now, but let us know if there are further recommendations on this topic.
