Role Specific Required Fields on a Form
I think it would be a good enhancement to have Role Specific Required fields on a form. This would assist in work flow across multiple functions and to ensure each role completes their section correctly.
There may be a work around lie creating a new form for each role in the process and editing them accordingly but this idea would make it dramtically easier.

having conditional required forms would help as well. while it is easy to duplicate a form now, having so many forms to update or delete and recreate if there is an update is very time consuming.
This is definitely possible using the form required fields which requires the user to complete certain fields depending on the form they are using. This would need a different form for each role, but this is standard for different workflows.
The form can be copied using the Save As button to save time in the even a form needs to be utilized across several roles.

I had to do the same thing recently, resulting in building the same form over and over... BUT realized you can duplicate a form just by using "Save As" (felt really silly once I realized this) Once duplicated, I require whatever fields needed for a given role. I put the role I need in the form's name to easily find it when updating the role.
