Hi Stephen and Kim,
Thank you for reaching out! At this time, you would only be able to add a Date or a Date and Time field to your table, that said, as it sounds like being able to have a Time only field would be helpful for your Organization's processes, we went ahead and added two feature requests, to add more weight, with our Product team, for them to review and consider implementing in a future Project.
In the meantime, as a 'workaround', one option would be creating two Drop Down List fields, one for 'hours', and one for 'mintues', this way, the users would be able to choose a time by hour and minutes. Another option would be creating a parent table with all the possible time combinations, or two parent tables, also one for 'hours' and one for 'minutes', to allow the users to choose times.

Any news on this? I'd love to be able record time independently (e.g. "What times are best to meet the client? [10:30 AM] to [12:30 PM]" or to make Date required and time optional on a form, etc
