Ability to "view as" a certain user / sign in as user.
I think this was a feature in the previous version of TrackVia, however I never used it.
It would be really useful for admin to be able to see a certain view / form / entire role in the way that a limited user would.
When I create new functionality I find it is easy to forget some details (eg giving access to the preferred parent view in a drop down field on a form, or assigning the correct form to a new view), so I usually end up borrowing a computer from a limited user and then going back to my desk to iron out the issues. It would make life much easier if I could pick a role and use TrackVia in that role briefly, then switch back to my role.
In a similar vein, any view that has a "is current user" filter is very difficult to fix. I usually don't have any records in my own name, since I am not an end user. However if I could open a "My Deals" view, and see it as though I was a specific sales person, that would make fixing these views much easier.

Super Admins can now login as other active users in a Sandbox environment. It is a great way to test what limited users can view and edit.

Hi Jamie,
This is a common request that is on our product roadmap for future development. The ability to login as a certain limited user for testing can be valuable from an admin's standpoint when records typically would not show up in a "current user" filtered view.
The alternatives would be to assign some records to yourself to work on the view or to create a test, limited user that can be used to review the limited user's experience.
We'll update this post with any developments in the project.
