Alllow more than one Create a Record form and allow a specific form to be defined to edit record once created.
Right now, you can only have one Create a Record form defined per role, and once record is completed for that, system defaults to the form associated with the default view on the table where record is added. This limits us to only one process flow per user role. If we could specify multiple Create a Record forms, and then specify specific form to open once record is created, we could create multiple process flows within a single role.

If you could designate a create new record form just for a flow that would be great. Then within a flow you would be able to set a specific form for a new record but when in a view allow a user to use a different new record form.
Example: we have our time system setup to utilize a flow to create a time card record and requires the employee to type in their personal PIN. we have supervisors that use the same time clock system and if they have a worker that forgot to clock in or out they cannot add that employees time record because it would require them to have their PIN. The only work around that we have is to have the supervisor contact someone in payroll to add the missing crew members time.
Thank you for reaching out! Being able to use more than one form to create records would be a great addition to the system. While we have had discussions of adding this capability to the system, there have not been any decisions to move forward with implementing it at this time. We do log all features that our customers bring forward, as it helps prioritize our product roadmap for the each year. As more customers request similar features, it increases the demand and prioritization of the feature for the upcoming year. Currently, other enhancements have a larger priority for 2019, but we will update our community posts if this changes.
Please feel free to reach out to our support team with further questions or concerns.

I would really like this to help with user entry in various flows that only require certain information. This would help keep forms clean and allow for greater flexibility.
