View with greater than 100 records
If you are on a view with greater than 100 records and you click the next page arrow in the lower right corner, it would be great to have the next 100 records start at the top of the list and not at the bottom of the list. It is very annoying to have to scroll back to the top just to view your records in the correct order.
Thank you for reaching out! At this time, you would be able to share the first 100 records that the View contains, however, as it sounds like being able to share more than 100 records would be helpful for your Organization's processes, I went ahead and logged a feature request with our Product team for them to review and consider implementing this functionality in a future Project. Once this feature is released to the system, you will be notified via email!
In the meantime, one option for achieving this would be Workato, our TrackVia Integrations platform which lets you easily connect with platforms, such as Google Sheets, and share a complete exported View with recipients, without the need to write code. You can find more information on this functionality in the link below.
Additionally, if the recipient of a Scheduled Share is a user in the account and has permission to the View, they would be able to access the complete list of records by clicking "Open" in the Scheduled Share email.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or call in to our Support line directly at 1 (800) 673 3302, we are happy to assist! Our Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST.

Can we share more than 100 records in a report please?
Thank you for reaching out. We've been wanting this behavior changed for some time as well, and I can confirm it is in the works as we speak! The UI will be getting a little face lift soon, so stay tuned for announcements and upcoming previews. The pagination and scrolling will be greatly improved with the updates. If everything stays on target, we hope to get this released before the end of summer!
