Covid shot update
For those who have registered for the Covid shot through PAE, allow them to update their status if they have already received the shot prior to getting the PAE one.
Thank you for reaching out! While PAE uses our software, we are not affiliated with their day-to-day operations. It sounds like there would need to be a permission adjustment made, to allow users to edit the status field. As we are not authorized to make these changes and are not familiar with individual account setups, we would recommend reaching out to PAE directly, a TrackVia Administrator at PAE should be able to make the necessary adjustments.
