Trackvia needs to be able to handle non US date formats and currencies
The localisation of date formats should be available in the next couple of weeks. The project is getting close to completion! Dates will be formatted according to your devices' local settings.

Still waiting... Can we please get an update? This is getting beyond frustrating, it causes so many mistakes when people have to stop and think when they're looking at a date.
Any word on this? This is now by far and away the biggest complaint from our companies users.
Any update on this? It's starting to become really frustrating as it's so easy to make mistakes when trying to read a date backwards.

The new TrackVia platform does not have the ability to change the format of date fields. That being said, this is definitely something that we have discussed adding and will keep you in the loop with any updates!
In the past TrackVia did accommodate non US date formats - it was only during an update that all dates reverted back to the US system.
Any progress getting this option back Jake?
HAving a variable date format to allow for display of date in local form will be essential to take-up in countries such as Australia

This is a great suggestion! We can certainly understand that having the ability to handle non US date formats and currencies is paramount for both non US and US customers. We have passed this information along to our product team and please let us know if you have any other questions or comments.
