Help Panel Default to Close After First Few Logins
After we log into the system the first few times (new users), we understand were the Help Panel is located.
Can it stay closed on subsequent log ins by default?
Hiding the Help Panel is per builder within TrackVia, it doesn't apply to the application as a whole. So you would have to hide it in the table designer, form builder, role builder, etc. The browser should still remember each of these preferences.

Maybe there is something wrong then.
I have to close this panel everytime I access the areas that have it (Table Builder, Dashboard Builder, etc).
If the application is supposed to remember my preferences (closed), it is not doing it.

The Help Panel is a resourceful tool for any new user who is building a new app. Once the user has become familiar with how TrackVia works, the Help Panel can be closed by clicking the icon at the top of the Help Panel- the icon looks like an arrow. Your web browser should remember your preference to keep the Help Panel closed each time you log-in.
