Please make the dashboard views on the App the same as created on the computer
Please, please make the dashboard that is created on the computer the same as viewed on the iPad App. Piecharts seem to work well but the barcharts DO NOT mirror the parent dashboard.
This is really key to making this a workable app. Piecharts are fine but they have limited visual applicability versus barcharts
Thank you for the feedback! Custom forms can be viewed and used on an iPad. To do so, assign the user to a role and edit the role utilize the custom form you've created. This can be done under the Admin button at the top of the page, and selecting the Roles menu. The Role editor will allow you to add/subtract dashboards and views that the user is permitted to access. It will also allow you to determine which forms you want the user to see when accessing records.
While you can use the custom forms on the iPad, the formatting of the custom form is lost on the iPad. The custom form will only display the included fields that were designed online.
I will pass along the feedback to our mobile development team so that custom forms on a mobile device will include color schemes and layouts when the form is being used.
I agree, When I have purchased IPads for my guys in the field. I built forms to make inputting info easier, but on the IPAD app all they get is the default form. I would love to see my forms on the IPAD.
Alternatly they can open a browser, but the IPAD browser ( Chrome and IE) do not function properly.

Thank you for you feedback. Would you mind elaborating on what sort of functionality is missing in the iPad app? Bar charts should display the same information as the web app as well as allow you to drill down into each bar to see the underlying data. If you have an example where this is not the case, please submit a support request by clicking the help button in the upper right hand corner of your screen so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
