Please add default values with dropdown menu's ASAP.
When I have actions that state wether I need to recall my clients or email them next, I need this dropdown menu to have a default value of "recall"!
If you have to make 200 calls a day this will save anyone a lot of time on the long run....
This shouldn't be too hard to implement right?
We now have a default values option for fields on a form. Go to the field edit options from the edit form page to view this new setting!

At this time, we are not able to provide a specific timeline for this enhancement, but we will update this post with any new developments!
In the meantime, it is possible to create a filtered view based on the drop down field that would then enable you to batch update the records. For example, the drop down is left blank which moves the records to a filtered view (filter based on the drop down being blank). Then these filtered records can then be batch edited so that the drop down option is changed to "recall" or any other desired option.
