  1. Ability to subdivide Gantt chart records.

    I would like to have the ability to apply multiple dates to a Gantt chart for a conditional formatting effect.
    Example: I have a table of projects that I represent in a Gantt chart view. These projects have multiple stages, which I would like to represent on that chart (e.g. Planning stage: yellow, Labor stage: green, Post stage: orange).

  2. share records

    When sharing records it would helpful if there was tracking to see if/when a record is shared and who it was shared with. It is especially helpful to communicate information in TrackVia with a non-user who is a customer or vendor, but there is no record that the activity took place.

  3. In a bar/line graph, it would be great to be able to "click off" or hide all of the items at once

    I have a line graph with dozens of customers (3 pages) worth on the little table. If I want to compare one customer to another I either need to quick filter, or click off 32 other vendors. It would be great if I could just click them all off, and then just click a few of them back on to quickly see how customers stack up..

  4. "Location" field- on desktop, drop a pin like on mobile vs. having to use an address and/or XY coordinate

    On mobile, it is nice how you can either "Use current location" OR click the map, and drop a pin to get your XY coordinate. on desktop, i must use an address which may yield an inaccurate/ imprecise location, or i must go to google maps to grab an XY coordinate. it would be nice if i could map a location on desktop by dropping a pin, as i can do on mobile.

  5. Dial phone numbers from a form view on mobile devices

    When viewing a record on a mobile device in a form, you should be able to click the number and immediately call it like you can from a view. Even if it is a locked field, clicking a number only brings it up to copy.

  6. Latitude & Longitude

    Love the ability when entering a location that latitude and longitude is displayed as separate entries. I would like the ability to be able to use those coordinates (Latitude & Longitude) in a formula to make our own maps, specifically for our business. I tried using the "Location" field and snipping it and also simply copying it, but neither method works.

    I have no clue if this is a major issue, or can be done, but would appreciate it, if possible.

  7. Gantt Chart Phases

    I would like to see the ability to break down Gantt Chart records into multiple phases.
    There is currently only one "Start" & "End" date allowable, is it possible to allow multiple with varying color-schemes?
    This would be helpful in seeing the phases of a project (e.g. Planning, Pre, Project, Post) without having to create multiple records for each project...

  8. Ability to Sort Charts (Bar) by Both X-Axis and Legend

    I'd like to see the ability to sort a Bar Chart ascending by the X-Axis (currently possible) without the Legend being resorted to match the order in which the items appear in the chart.

    The Legend should remain numerical/alphabetical regardless of the sort order of the X-Axis.

    The same is true in reverse. If I sort the Legend, the X-Axis should not resort itself but remain ascending/descending.

  9. See all recors in a map

    In a map view, I have a limited amount of records to show (up to 100). I would like to see ALL GPS location records in 1 map view (without having to change pages and without having a maximum of records to be displayed).

  10. Apply show/hide rules to a field on a form, based on THAT field's value.

    if you are using a form to only view data, or if a form includes data that is read-only anyways, it would be nice to have the option to show/hide that field based on whether or not it has a value in it. This ensures that data will only be displayed when data is actually present.

    In the legacy system, when we modified a dropdown selection, the system would ask us what dropdown selection to replace for current records in the system. Would love to see this in Enterprise.

  12. Increase "Show Per Page" Limit to 250 or Higher

    The show per page limit of 100 has further implications when you want to share a view or form with an embedded child view. It cuts off the record count at 100. if this were increased to 250 or more perhaps it would show all records in the body of the email.

    Currently User ID's are the associated email address; I would like to have the ability to make User ID the First Name & Last Name.

  16. ERD position lock.

    Currently when I view my table-relationships in ERD view, I rearrange the positions in a way that makes sense to me. Unfortunately, every time that I leave & revisit my ERD view I have to rearrange the tables all over again.
    I would like to see a way to lock my ERD arrangement.

  17. the ability to trace dependent formulas.

    When deleting/replacing a field, I receive the following error: "The field 'X' is being used as part of a formula in a calculated field. If you'd like to remove this field, please remove it from the formula."

    Unfortunately, I have no exact way of knowing where that formula is... Please create a way to trace dependent formulas.

  18. Allow no-change steps inside of Flows

    In order to make a flow more versatile, it would be good if a 'edit' step within a flow could be navigated without editing. So, for example, if I have a flow that involves reviewing the data in a record; with the option to stop and change things at each step, the user might hit a step in the flow where they don't need to change anything, but still need to get to the next step in the flow. The 'Save' button should be accessible in these cases even without an edit.

  19. Comment section

    It would be valuable to have a "General Notes" section in Trackvia in each customer file. I am coming across numerous instances when I want to note things on the account, but at the moment, there is no place to put any general notes. It would be good to have this option under each customer so that anybody who pulls up the file in Trackvia will be able to see any pertinent notes on the file.

  20. Section to put "Contact name & position" in building departments section

    When entering in new building departments, it would be helpful to have a spot where you can put "Contact Name & Position". Right now there are only spots to input phone numbers and email addresses.
