If your using chrome sometimes it looks like it's stuck logging in. It will just sit and spin but not give an error message. Just hit F5 and refresh the browser and it will log you in. Not sure if that's your problem but that happens with our users all the time.
The account requires your username and password on the login page at go.trackvia.com. If you do not know your password, please use the Forgot Password link on the main login page. You will need to type in your email in order for the system to send this email to you.
If you do not know your email that is associated with your account, you will want to contact your account authority as well to provide this information or manually send a password reset to you. We can send this for you as well, please send us an email at email@example.com.
