Fix Trackvia App - User can't connect - Stuck on Loading panel
I have a small fleet of tablet (arround 10), every two or three months, the Trackvia app doesn't fully start. Instead of showing directly the Workspace, the app is stuck on a loading icon.
To solve this issue, I need to go to the Android parameter and erase all data for the Trackvia App (clearing the cache is not enougth). After that, the user has to re-login and everything work fine.
