Super fast way to zoom in on data on a chart
Have you ever had so much data showing on a chart that you can't really see the details for the subset of data you're after? One way to reduce the amount of data is to use quick filters, but there's even a faster way to drill into this smaller subset of data.
Simply place your cursor on the chart where your subset of data begins, left click your mouse or trackpad, hold down, and drag your cursor to the end of the range of data you're after and let go. This process will create a gray box around the data selected and once you let go, it will zoom in on only that selected subset of data for easier visualization.
This works similar to quick filters in that it will not permanently change the charts data, so if your refresh the page or leave and come back to that view it will display all the data it originally had on it. This quick zoom trick can be used on both full views as well as views on dashboards.
