Hey everyone! This release addresses a long-standing Issue when an Account has an Active Promotable Sandboxes and Custom Sort being allowed on Lanes Views. We found the root cause of this issue to be quite unique in that a series of settings had to be true for customers to experience this bug. They were:

• Lanes View feature is enabled with Custom Sort.
• Have an Active Promotable Sandbox on the account.
• Move a Record Card between the Lanes, horizontally not vertically, and be presented with an error message.

What’s New

• This feature ought to now work as expected on any device whose Accounts have the Lanes View feature enabled with Custom Sort AND an active Promotable Sandbox on the account, users ought to be able to move Record Cards both horizontally and vertically.
• Android users experiencing this bug, and not on version 4.2.2 will need to update their OS to resolve this.
• This fix prevents the API from presenting errors when users move cards between lanes.
