Not familiar with Single Sign On? Read on.

Single Sign On is a feature that allows you to offload authentication to a separate service, like Active Directory or a third party provider like Ping or Okta. The benefit is that you will only have one central place to manage users, and your users will benefit because they will have one less password to remember.

So what does SSO look like in TrackVia?

First off, the end user will navigate to the custom URL setup by the admin:

https://yourcompanyname.trackvia.com

Once there, TrackVia will automatically lead them to the identity provider's login screen.  Once logged in, the user will be dropped onto their first dashboard, just like they are today.

Great! What does it look like for admins?

Admins will be able to find the configuration page under "My Account":

This feature isn’t ‘on’ in every account by default, so if you are interested in turning on SSO for your account, please let us know via any of our main support channels.
