October 2018 Maintenance
What’s New:
-
We found it annoying that when your session timed out and you logged back in, you were not returned back to the page you were on previously. Nobody likes being annoyed so we made an enhancement to return you appropriately.
What’s Fixed:
-
We were finally able to reproduce and fix a long standing bug related to Dependent Dropdowns. In certain cases, when editing and saving a record with Grandparent fields on it, the Grandparent field would not display any values. This is now fixed - thank you for your patience on this one!
-
On Timeline views, if you clicked the Month header to view the underlying records, and then tried to Quick Filter the results, the filter window would not open. Sorry about that, it now opens so you can filter your records!
-
Timeline/Calendar would only fetched 50 records when default type was set to grid. This is now fixed, so you will see all of your records up to the maximum.
-
In certain cases, admins were unable to edit or view Conditional Formatting settings on specific views. We found that including a ‘/’ character in a field name on the view caused the Conditional Formatting configuration window to no longer show. This has been fixed!
-
When creating a Filter, the filter preview occasionally had 2 scroll bars when viewing records, confusing some users. There’s only one now.
-
Sporadically, users are unable to drill down into charts from a dashboard to view the underlying records. It no longer sporadically doing so, you now will be able to drill into the chart and see the records all the time.
-
In some instances, when adding a Link to Parent field to the form, you would get an orange error message when trying to save that form. We found a bug and squashed it!
