Hi Michael!
Thank you for reaching out! At the moment, you can use our show/hide rules to show or hide certain fields, depending on the values of fields that are on that form. More information on our show/hide feature can be found on the link below.

That said, the ability to conditionally require a field would be a great enhancement to forms. We've passed the request along to our Product Team and will update you if this change becomes available. Thank you for the feedback!
