I have a table, which is for FAQ/Knowledge Base. I would like to know how many times a particular question has been viewed and maybe by who,? Is that possible in TrackVia currently?

Hi Bhumika,
Great question. Currently, record history is logged any time there is a change to the record. However, at this time it is not possible to see how many times a record has been viewed and by whom. I have logged this feature request with our engineering team for a future enhancement.
