add an application user? I am trying to add a new user but their name is not appearing. Also, I want to delete deactivated users.cannot

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your questions.

    You are only able to change a user from "Active" or "Inactive" in the system at this time. Being able to delete an inactive user is a request we hear pretty frequently and are working to implement into the system.

    For adding a new user, all you have to do is go to "Manage Users" click "Add A User" and an invitation email will be sent to that person.     We have taken a look at your account about the issue with the name not appearing and are not quite sure on this one. We are going to need more details on this error to investigate it for you.
