How do I use the new "Lanes" view function?
There was an announcement about it launching on Feb 20th, but I don't seem to see the option in any of my views.

Currently, the Lanes feature is available for all accounts at the Enterprise level and above. The option to convert a view into lanes will only appear on the menu for views that qualify to be converted, so they must contain a drop down field type.
