The Date & Time field only allows values in 30 minute increments.
There is no other field to track the time of the day.
How do you enter a time different than the 30 min increments, like 12:05pm?

Hi John,
The default for the time is spaced out in 30 minute increments for easy navigation and convenience. These increments can be overridden by manually typing in the time section of the Date & Time field. The time can be either in a 12 hour format with an AM/PM specification or in military time (TrackVia will change 15:00 to 3:00pm).
Would it be more beneficial to have different time increments or no increments at all?

Hi Alex..
Very strange. When I posted this question, I was not able to click inside the box to enter a custom time. I was only able to select from the drop down list.
I just tried again, and am able to get a cursor to enter my own time.

I'm having the same problem. I cannot enter a time other than from the dropdown.
It would be helpful to have an option to customize the time increments e.g.1, 5, 10, or 15 minute increment options.

You should be able to type in the specific time you would like to enter. If you cannot manually enter the time in a field, please submit a ticket with specific details so we may troubleshoot the problem. It will be helpful to know the App, Table and Field name, as well as the browser and version you are utilizing.
