How can I send an email notification based on a date? For example, sending an email reminder when a due date arrives.

  Hi Christine,

  Unfortunately it's not currently possible to send a notification based on a date. Email notifications are sent when a record has been changed and the passage of time isn't considered to be a change to the record.

  However, reporting schedules are a feature that would allow you to send out reports based this passage of time to any user who may need to know when a date is coming up. Our product development team is currently working to add this feature to TrackVia. We will keep you updated when this feature becomes available.
