The one thing that would make TrackVia near perfect for our business would be the ability to easily customize the list for export based on factors.
For instance, we have mailing to go out and we want to target a certain market, number range etc. we can just pick each database row and customize the export parameters.
ie. Mail to A-J last names on our list, in Phoenix and Scottsdale, unit counts 50-250 who haven't been contacted in 4 months. (all current categories tracked in TV) Just easily go in create the list and export it.
Would this program be good for a direct mail database where I could choose which category to print labels for and export them to print on labels using an inkjet printer?
I just need a little clarification if this program can handle what I am looking for.

Hi Julia,
This is a capability that TrackVia is able to accomplish. To do so, create a view that includes the necessary fields (name, unit count, city, contact date) and then apply a filter to designate which records you want to see. The filter would only include the records that meet the criteria provided: Last Names A to J, in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Unit Counts between 50-250, and Contact Date is greater than 4 months.
Once this view is created, you can export those records from the view to an excel file from the App Overview page under the Admin button at the top of the page. The App Overview will display every view in the application with an option to export that view.
