How do I delete or remove a form that I created?

Hi Paul,
To remove a form, you will first go to your admin icon, then select App Overview. From the App Overview screen you can scroll to your forms section and you will have the option to delete any custom forms. The default forms will not have the delete option. Hope this helps!
