We are not quite sure what you mean by creating a drop down from a field. Please elaborate so we can gain a better idea of the type of functionality you are looking for. So, have dropdown options of product types that might be stored in a different table. 0 Matt Bowman October 28, 2022 14:21 Jake Marwil commented · April 17, 2014 7:05 PM · Hi Michael, Your suggestion can be accomplished through linking the two tables together and setting the Record ID in the parent table to be the field you would like to use for your drop down options. Then, when adding a record from your child table, you will be able to enter in a value to the lookup field and it will populate a list of search results from the field in your other table. This essentially functions as a drop down, but uses a search feature. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Best, Jake 0 Please sign in to leave a comment.
