    Hi Lee,

    Thank you for your question.

Yes, there is a new line function, and it is written as "\n" in your formula.

For example, if you want to pull in a date from all of your child records, with each date on its own line, on to your parent record, you would use "\n" as your separator in your childconcatenate formula.

    Thanks again,

    Justin

    Hi Bindu,

    This is a great suggestion!

What exact setting differences would you want to see in this new multi access level that are not currently available for users that are admins or limited users?

Once we get an idea of the differences, we will be sure to put in an official enhancement request for this.

    Thanks for the feedback,

    Justin

    Hi Ben,

Thank you for contacting TrackVia Support with your question. Unfortunately, we do not have radio buttons as a field type option on the web version of the TrackVia system.

You might be thinking about seeing radio buttons on our mobile app though. On our mobile app, some drop down questions, with just a few options, are automatically converted into radio button format.

Just let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks again,

    Justin

    Hi Stacey,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.

You can accomplish this by adding two fields to your table that is going to pull the month number of the "Arrival" date and the year of your "Arrival." Then you will group by that month number and year in your graph view.

For example, January would be month number 1 and all "Arrivals" that happened in January would get labeled with the number "1" in the new field you create. Then once you group by the new month number and year fields, you would see 1-12 on the x-axis your chart and 5 colored lines (each representing a different year) charted on the graph.

To set this up, you would first add a calculated number field to your table. This will become your month number and you will put in the formula: date({Arrival}).

Next, you will setup a calculated text field to your table. This will become your arrival year and you will put in the formula: year({Arrival}).

Then you will need to add these new fields to your view and change your horizontal value settings to be grouped first by the new month number field you added and then also grouped by the new arrival year field. You will keep the vertical value the same as you had before with summing the "Commission."

Just let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you,

    Justin

    Hi Brandon,

Thank you for reaching out with your question about embedding views on a website.

We took a look at your account and it appears that you are on our Classic TrackVia platform, and this community forum is only for questions related to our new TrackVia platform.

We will be responding on how to accomplish this in your Classic TrackVia account via email.

    Thanks again,

    Justin

    Hi Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your questions.

You are only able to change a user from "Active" or "Inactive" in the system at this time. Being able to delete an inactive user is a request we hear pretty frequently and are working to implement into the system.

For adding a new user, all you have to do is go to "Manage Users" click "Add A User" and an invitation email will be sent to that person. Also, here is a link to our knowledge base article that explains this in more depth. http://help.trackvia.com/knowledgebase/articles/243020-how-to-add-a-user-to-your-account

We have taken a look at your account about the issue with the name not appearing and are not quite sure on this one. We are going to need more details on this error to investigate it for you.

Can you email us at support@trackvia.com with detailed steps you are taking to get this issue? We would be more than happy to investigate this for you further when we are better able to understand your issue.

    Thank you,

    Justin
