    Adding to this old post.
If the Vendor won't change how Votes are used, can they at least allow our Votes to be returned to us once the status of the Post has been changed?

When TrackVia changes the status to "Under Review", or "Planned", etc., we know you've seen it and its on your list. At that point, we should have our Votes back instead of waiting for the status to change to "Complete".

This obstacle with the Voting "points" really makes this site unusable if we cannot post new content and engage in dialog with other users.

I forgot to add that a workaround I have done is to find an old post, then remove my vote so its reclaimed for a different use.

    Amen !!
If I had any votes left, I would give 3 on this request.
Need to be able to sum/count, etc. by multiple fields in the view - just as in Classic, not just a single column.

This item may have been completed with the recently released Scripts feature.
Still waiting for documentation for Scripts to test it out.

It's been a couple years, just checking if there is any progress on this?
    Thanks!

My workaround on this was to create a parent "Lookup" table that stores all values that I am using across multiple table.
All child tables are then joined to the parent, so the drop-down fields is really a look-up field.

Please add me to the list needing this feature.
We already have 1 field linked to the parent (once the relationship is setup).

This feature could work similarly to how some websites allow you to attach a document, then once the first field is populated, a link/button is displayed to "add another" document.
This continues until you've attached all documents.

The same logic could apply to linking to a parent record. Once the first link is made, another field/link is present to allow linking to another parent record. This will continue until you've made all your connections and then save the record.

    Adding a bit to this.
I also have user requests for out-bound Notifications Rules to include document attachments from the record that triggered the notifications.
Perhaps the Notification Rule setup can include a setting to identify which field (incase there are multiple) holds the document.

Yes !! My users have been asking for this.
Some kind of "attach another document" that the user can click to open up additional attachment fields would be great.

I hear ya - my workaround is to zip all the files then place the zip file in the single document field.
Some extra work, but saves from having to create multiple document fields.

I would add the display/hiding of a field based on selection/value of another field.
The configuration would need to be at the field level, not at the form level, to allow multiple conditions, not just a single condition.

In your table settings, the options in your drop-down field can be dragged into any order you prefer.
Just drag them into an alphabetical order, and you're all set.

I'm wondering if there is any update on this topic.
I just came across a need to reset the Auto Counter after import some records, and it appears to have doubled the number of records.
Would the Auto Counter reset if I deleted all records, deleted the Auto Counter field, recreated the Auto Counter, then reimporting my source file?
