I usually use a different format - they both do the same thing:

    concatenate({Field 1}," ", {Field 2})

The print function is only available from Forms is the user has full permissions: Read, Update, & Delete.

Printing is not available with: Read & Make Record Updates, or Read Only

The option I would use is to put all the drop-down options into a table, then link all the other tables to it.

Then, you have a single drop-down (really a link-to-parent lookup) that can be reused to child tables.

    Hi Alex..
Very strange. When I posted this question, I was not able to click inside the box to enter a custom time. I was only able to select from the drop down list.
I just tried again, and am able to get a cursor to enter my own time.

Thought of 1 more thing, the User Activation Flag would be used to keep track of actual users. Any record with an "On" flag would could as a license.

I was just about to post this same suggestion when I found this post requesting the same thing -- Select All from Quick Search results.
    I need it also.

    Hi Alex,

Maybe there is something wrong then.
I have to close this panel everytime I access the areas that have it (Table Builder, Dashboard Builder, etc).

If the application is supposed to remember my preferences (closed), it is not doing it.

I don't believe field conversions is feature in the application (I've looked/asked also).
The only option I'm aware of is to:
    1) Create a new date field
    2) Export all your records including the date/time field, plus a unique record ID
    3) Convert the date/time field to just date (in Excel)
    4) Import back into the new Data field
    5) Delete the old field

    Thanks Derrick,
This may exist, I just haven't made it far enough to create real LTP fields yet.

From an end-user perspective, if I'm creating a child record and linking to a parent table, does TV-Pro allow the display of other fields (more descriptive) in the lookup search box in additional to the parent table's Record ID?

If I am linking to my Employee table which has the Employee ID number as the unique Record ID (so we can import from HR data files), doing a parent lookup will be very difficult if all I am presented with is 25,000 ID numbers, but no names.

Will the lookup display the Record ID + Another specified field (like the name), if so configured?

    Thanks
