    Hey John,

Hiding the Help Panel is per builder within TrackVia, it doesn't apply to the application as a whole. So you would have to hide it in the table designer, form builder, role builder, etc. The browser should still remember each of these preferences.

    Regards,

    Alex

    Hey John,

Thank you for the recommendation, we appreciate your feedback. The Help Panel is a resourceful tool for any new user who is building a new app. Once the user has become familiar with how TrackVia works, the Help Panel can be closed by clicking the icon at the top of the Help Panel- the icon looks like an arrow. Your web browser should remember your preference to keep the Help Panel closed each time you log-in.

    Hey Kim,

We're not aware of this being an issue. When we tested the formula on our end everything functioned as expected. We recommend submitting a support ticket so that we can better analyze your specific issue in greater detail.

    Regards,

    Alex

    Hello,

It currently is not possible to export an individual record, only views.

There are several options to save a record as a PDF/Word document, however. To save as a PDF while in Google Chrome, select any record and view the record as a Form (or you can create a view to see a single record). Once the single record is selected, you will want to print the page directly from the web browser. The printing options window will allow you change the printer at the top; this window will provide you an option to Save as PDF.
