    Hi Paul.

    Thank you for reaching out!

What John proposed is accurate. Depending on the specific scenario you are looking for, more logic might be needed in the calculation. If you would like a more customized response, send us the details of your question including the name of the App/Table/View to support@trackvia.com.

    Regards,

    Cristina

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

This is a feature that is currently available in TrackVia 2.0. You have the option to plot pinpoints on a map using Latitude and Longitude coordinates, or you can also add or update the address of a location field via a TrackVia form. In order to be able to enter an address by using these options, you need to make sure "Location at Creation" is unchecked in the location field of the edit table screen.

You can learn more about plotting records on maps and other features by using the Knowledge Base below:

    Regards,

    Cristina

    Hello Riccardo,

    Thank you for reaching out!

You do have the ability to set your preferred forms by creating a role for yourself or adding your user to an existing role. When setting up the role, for each table you assign access to views. Then for each view, you select the form to open when viewing data, therefore telling the system which form to use as the default for your user. Roles can be used to restrict access for limited users and they are also used to establish your preferences as an administrator of the application.

For more information regarding setting up a role, please reference the following knowledge base article: http://help.trackvia.com/knowledgebase/articles/245683-how-to-create-a-role-to-assign-permissions

    Regards,

    Cristina
