What's New?
- Connecting TrackVia Integrations (powered by Workato) and your TrackVia account is now safer and more scalable than ever, with the introduction of Auth Token Authentication:
- 💡As our preferred method for connecting systems using service accounts, you can now use the API Key and Auth Token associated with a service account/system user from your account's API Access Section when establishing a new Connection to TrackVia.
- ✅ Connecting is super simple; just select Auth Token as the Authentication type when setting up a new connector in Workato:
Note: You can temporarily disconnect old OAuth Connections and then re-connect them using the Auth Token method without having to build a new Connector.

- ⚠️ Remember that it is always best practice to give API Users only the minimal amount of permissions needed to support the integrations assigned to them.
- 🇦🇺 Additionally, with this release, TrackVia Integrations (in partnership with Workato) is now available for Australian customers who require that their integrations data remain within Australia. Do you have strict data-siloing or region-related restrictions? Reach out to your account representative or productmanagement@trackvia.com to discuss your use-case.
What's Fixed?
- Some combinations of browser and operating system (primarily encountered on Windows) were experiencing an issue where users had to scroll to the bottom of every Form in order to surface the Save button. This has been resolved and the Save button should be accessible at all times when interacting with records.
