- 💡 Our Support teams love helping you understand and resolve issues in TrackVia, but some customers have strict policies related to account access. If you need to ensure that no internal TrackVia team members ever have access to your account without needing to deactivate individual support users, Super Admin can now easily uncheck the "TrackVia Support Access" checkbox in the 'Security Policy' section of your account's settings:
What's Fixed?
- 🛠️ Previously, when testing Workato recipes in a Sandbox account, recipes were not consistently firing when TrackVia trigger conditions were met (records added to a View in TrackVia or updated to meet a specific condition). This has been resolved, and all triggers in Workato involving TrackVia as the first step of a recipe should fire as expected, whether or not the recipe is connected to a production TrackVia account or Sandbox TrackVia account.
