Attention: Upcoming API Deprecation

Notice: In the coming months TrackVia will be introducing new security protections on our API to prevent cross-origin requests (CORS) from unauthorized domains.

Currently, our API does not enforce these restrictions, which means web applications hosted on any domain can make requests directly to TrackVia’s API.

We will be deprecating support within the TrackVia API for CORS with a planned end of service date of May 29th, 2026. You will be able to continue using web-based CORS implementations until that date.

We’ve created a migration guide for you to review the options for migrating your current solution before the ending service date. At that time, we will not allow any unauthorized domains to call TrackVia. Future capability is being evaluated for the roadmap to enable customers to manage their own authorized domains.
