    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for submitting a question to the TrackVia Knowledge Base. Notification emails would not get triggered based on the passage of time, such as "3 days before today". That said, one option we would recommend is setting up a Scheduled Report/Share on a View and applying a Filter to only show records that are "after or equal to 3 days before today", to trigger an email at the frequency options available, for example, daily or weekly.

    If you would like the emails to get sent to the list of addresses that are specified on each record within that View, a great option to achieve this automation would be utilizing our Integrations platform Workato. Workato offers a wide variety of functionalities, as well as sophisticated error handling tools allowing for more seamless processes.
