Would be beneficial to be able to run a report and generate a spreadsheet or something on projects by square footage to use to distribute leads.

This request appears to be regarding your internal application. We recommend contacting an Administrator at your company to assist.
You should be able to accomplish this by building a view that displays this information. You can then export the view into an Excel spreadsheet.
