In a parent table as I add new companies (not import) I want to have a search for an existing company as I type, so I don't duplicate what is already in the system- How do I do that?

Hi Roger,
Thank you for reaching out! To ensure records do not get duplicated based on a specific field, a great option would be to mark that field as "Unique" on the table level. When fields are indicated as "Unique", the system will not allow you to save a field value if a record with that field value exists already. To accomplish this, you would need to navigate to the table editor, click on the field you wish to make unique, and check the box that states "Field is Unique," then save your changes. I am attaching a screenshot example below for reference.
