Thank you for reaching out! At this time, TrackVia has automation in place to create comprehensive backups of accounts on a daily basis. At the request of a Super Admin on your account, we can restore your account to one of those backups. Additionally, you could also use our integrations or microservices platforms to download the tables on your account at certain times, to have your own backup of the data. It looks like you sent us a support ticket as well so I'll be replying to that email with more information regarding the Super Admins on your account, as they would also be a good point of contact to ask these questions to.
