In my database application, one table, I have 3 columns which are calling for states, because there is a project state, there is an address of the engineer and there is an address for the owner. Currently, I have to go in and manually enter the dropdown for each columns as 50 states in US plus all Canadian province. If there was a feature to copy or share the list choices in the table, or among different tables, it would be greatly useful. Also for standard fields like US states, if it was a pre created dropdown, I could use, it would have been much easier to use.

Hello,
Thank you for the suggestion! We understand that drop downs can often contain a large number of choices which can be very tedious and time-consuming to input. Having the option to copy/paste in multiple options at once or having pre-defined drop down options would certainly help to alleviate this. We will pass this information along to our product as an enhancement request. Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.
Regards,
Jake
The option I would use is to put all the drop-down options into a table, then link all the other tables to it.
Then, you have a single drop-down (really a link-to-parent lookup) that can be reused to child tables.
