I have many documents and pictures that will reside on the database and want to know how to import them into my database.

download pictures and documents into a table in database. Sure would be nice, if it was as easy as the spreadsheet import!

This is a great suggestion and would be a nice feature in TrackVia! We will share this enhancement request with our product development team for future implementation.
There currently isn't a way to import documents and pictures into TrackVia the same way an excel file is imported. However, these files can be imported into TrackVia using Workato integrated with any app that can store files, such as Dropbox.
Workator integration would connect Dropbox, for example, with a specific TrackVia table. Here is the link to our Knowledge Base that outlines how to integrate TrackVia with Workato: https://trackviasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/8109712389531-Can-We-Integrate- Then each time a file is added to Dropbox, it would trigger Workato send the files to TrackVia.
